As for the upgrade comment, I'm not sure what you're getting at. The oceanview pool villa is the "basic" unit. I doubt a gold or diamond would get an upgrade to the much larger royal villa, but I guess it can't hurt to ask.
There's only one royal villa in the entire resort, so even if it were possible, that'd be a super tough upgrade to get! :P
