I suppose my responses may be a bit different as I fly almost exclusively for pleasure. As has already been said it depends on whether it is a day or night flight

Day Flight
Seat: 30% - flat-seat ideal for dozing/relaxing whilst watching a film.
Food & Drink: 25% - more important during the day when I would eat a full meal, etc.
IFE: 20% - having young children I don't get to the cinema as much as I like!
Lounge: 25% - unlike many others the lounge is the start of the trip for me and I value it highly (otherwise I wouldn't spend £'000 maintaining status!).

Overnight Flight
Seat: 60% - never the best night's sleep, but better than sitting up!
Food & Drink: 10%
IFE: 10% - I'll normally still watch something before going to sleep.
Lounge: 20% - particularly when flying back from New York I like to dine pre-flight and have a treatment.

I think that this is due to an over-eager censor enginge that takes similarities with "a noun in the English language, most notable for its usage in a pejorative context to refer to black people (generally people of Sub-Saharan African descent" - try Google. Another similar one on the BA board in the past was "traditional dish in the UK especially South and Mid Wales and the Midlands of England. It is made from meat off-cuts and offal, especially pork".

Horses for courses - I plan to arrive at T5 at least 2 hours before the flight leaves, and feel cheated if I don't
