seat 70%, especially a window seat on the UD where I can hide in my own little private space. This has influenced my travel plans significantly in the last couple of years!

Lounge and ground service 20%, really important when changing planes on a LH, the showers in the HKG CX lounges and the excellent ground staff make HKG my stop of choice when going to Oz or SE Asia now.

Food 0-10%, more important on LH day flights where i get really hungry, I dont really eat anything on night flights.

IFE 0-10%, more important on day flights and I include magazines in this as the most important really, I'm not too bothered about watching a film but after being away on a bussiness trip i like a bit of British braindead glossy reading matter.
