I will concur that it is definitely a huge premium if you can get from your front door to the airport in five minutes which is what it took us recently by taxi albeit at 6:50am and from the snooty end
That really made me reconsider my need for a lounge.
On the plus side they did board from both front and rear doors of the aircraft which made the bussed boarding almost palatable.
