There are many threads here describing AC's response to IROPS and flight delays in general. Today I passed by a billboard that proudly claims "If your flight is delayed by more than 30 min, we'll give you a certificate for 50% off your next flight."

Who would offer such a guarantee? WS of course. Oddly there's no mention of this guarantee on the WS website but I didn't search hard for it either.
