The main difference to me (and I have my 28th stay tonight) is guaranteed lounge access. I don't envisage using the "guaranteed" reservation benefit much if ever, and the 25% more bonus points is small in the context of the quarterly promos. Don't think there's much else... wait... you get three free complimentary things instead of two at Embassy Suites
