Nope, you're not alone.
As I already pointed out in my initial response to this thread.... the food is revolting industrial cardboard so I never eat it (my viewing of the Heston programme on BA catering only served to reinforce what I already knew about airline catering and had experienced). Nor do I consume alcohol due to its dehydrating effects not being the most useful thing in an already dry aircraft atmosphere.
