You've been a part of the programme for ten years, so you must know how it works by now. It would have taken only a matter of seconds to log-in to your Executive Club account in order to find out your Tier Point balance.
We are all busy people, but if it really matters that much to you, I'm certain you could have found the time to keep a closer eye on the matter.
I do agree that some kind of advance notification could potentially be an excellent marketing initiative, but to try and blame BA for the situation is frankly ludicrous.
