Quick update:
Forgot my Pyjama so had to go back to the Holiday Inn and after waiting for 45 mins in the reception, the housekeeper finally showed up with the Pyjama in her hands (not even folded). When I asked her why she didn’t bring it in a plastic bag, she first said she forgot then she said they don’t have nay plastic bags in the hotel (This Hotel keeps surprising me)


The Gentleman in the reception was also surprised to the extend, that he went up himself to bring any plastic bag in the hotel…..

Until now I haven’t heard anything from them and I have no idea why such investigation takes that much of time. I’m happy that I took the right decision and didn’t listen to them "to enjoy my stay and forget about the rate for now" and checked out of the hotel on the 2nd day. Even if the hotel managed to defend themselves I should have at least received a call or a reply on the mail I’ve sent to explaining why they are right and I’m wrong !!
