We have about 2/3rds of a large Costco container of it sitting mostly idle now. Great on steaks though not every time. We rarely eat steaks anymore, instead switching to tri-tip, and there is nothing in the world better for tri-tip than Pappy's seasoning. Santa Maria style all the way.
