Try asking AZ for the DL PNR (confirmation number). You should then be able to go to delta.com and entering it along with your name to pull up your booking and select seats. At least, that'd be the idea. If it doesn't work online, you'll at least have the DL PNR to call up and ask for your seat assignments. The less you tell them about AZ being involved, the more likely the agents are to try to do something to help you.
