Thanks for the reply. I found a $110 pretax fare out of LGA for next Friday, so I'll just take the train from Philly to Newark on Monday. It still infuriates me that it cost me $140 out of pocket, but I am slowly becoming more accustomed to airline absurdities. I do retain the value of the cancelled flight, of course, it will cost me $150 to use it. ..
