Although I have never been there, I have to agree with your comments about the CX F lounge, it doesn't look that special at all.
The one thing I love about the CX F lounge are the baths. Fantastic huge baths to soak away, with a glass of bubbles next to you.
I think both the J and F lounge at the Wing though are some of the hardest lounges to find at a major airport, especially the home lounge airline.
