It's tough to really rate Identity from a gambler's perspective because Cosmo is a new, independent property and they are trying hard to build up their gambler ranks. I'm now up to 25+ comped terrace wraparound nights this year and my total comps well exceed 1/3 of my ADT, but I have no delusions that this will continue in 2012 (although who knows, maybe they'll pleasantly surprise me).

I will say that Identity represents a really good program for those who are willing to pay for rooms. A friend of mine likes staying in nice rooms but doesn't gamble that much, so he never gets room comps that he wants at most properties (esp. MGM properties, where he used to play) - but through Identity, he gets a lot more flexibility and recognition for both his gaming and non-gaming loyalty.

I agree that MLife is losing out in this regard, and it's amazing to me that giving points for non-gaming expenditures supposedly has always been an intended part of MLife - they just haven't gotten around to rolling it out yet.

It was nice. The room where the Platinum lounge was is being (or has been, haven't been in a month) converted into a high limit lounge. There is a new Platinum lounge upstairs, but I haven't been to the new one.
