If you link your UA and CO accounts, the Elite Status is supposed to be match within 7-10 business days. I did this about 10 days ago but my OP account still states "non-elite." I am not sure if this is just a delay or if the system doesn't recognize the matched status.
The UA/CO link is NOT a status match but allows you to use combined activity to earn status on both airlines. So I suspect your OP account will not reflect elite status until your combined UA/CO activity is at least 25k miles.
Edit: Looks like this is inaccurate. Status should be matched also. I would try calling if it still hasn't come through.
