No. When married segment occurs, the connection flight cannot be a stopover. It would not allow it to be booked as a stopover. If it can be booked as a stopover, it would not be a married segment - when you really think about it. Precisely when BBB is only available as connection flight, that becomes available when you book AAA to CCC via BBB but cannot book AAA to BBB.
