Best seats on A340 & 777?

Hi,
4 of us are flying on CX from SFO to BKK this summer.
We're on a A340-300 for the SFO/HKG and HKG/SFO portions.
For the HKG/BKK we're on a Boeing 777.

Please reply if you have any advice regarding the 'best' coach-class seats on these Cathay planes.
