How to buy a Y ticket and credit to M&M, and then upgrade to J using KF?
I already have a KF account that I can log into, through which I used to buy all my SQ flights. Now I need to buy a ticket and credit the miles to M&M, but then I want to use KF online to upgrade the ticket to biz.

What's the best way to do this? Should I re-register at SQ without using KF? And then see if KF will let me upgrade the booking somehow?

Or purchase and upgrade using KF, and then somehow change the original Y ticket frequent flyer # to M&M?

Anyone been in this situation before?
