How to get the CHAT feature to show up on aa.com?
I know that aa.com offers chat feature during some bookings.

But i cannot seem to get it to show up for me. Any thoughts on how I do that? I'm in Spain and need to speak with an AA agent, and it would be great to do it by chat.
