I love HUACA!

Booked CPH-IST-PEK-PVG in business recently: was offered CPH-FRA-PVG but did not quite fancy paying Lufthansa surcharges & their not-very-business-class seat and hit and miss service (again, based on my own experiences). Had unexpectedly excellent service/catering on TK's BKK-IST a while ago (far better than LH or SWISS) and wanted to see their new Lounge in Istanbul, hence very a indirect routing.

First agent did not 'see' the availability...HUACA! the other claimed the routing was invalid...HUACA! the third one saw everything and booked everything in less than 10 minutes. no HUACA:-)
