No. The YYZ-(YVR)-HKG flight is strictly for refuelling only. And maybe crew change. No traffic rights whatsoever between YYZ-YVR and YVR-HKG. For the winter, CX can fly HKG-YYZ nonstop anyway. Don't know what they plan to do in the summer.
