This reminds me of the AA Shopping isssue. One can (and probably successfully) argue that a reasonable person should have known they weren't getting 82,000 miles for spending $5. However, this is different in that you are talking about spending $700 per night, I think it should be honored. Of course, I also think I should get to fly First Class everytime I fly and that the Red Sox should win the World Series every year
