PS: the only two times I had issues at check-in (room booked non available, which is for me the fist promise a hotel shall respect), I just called - in front of the manager on duty - the Ambassador line and ask them to solve the issue (once I was transferred at no cost to another IHG property, the other time the hotel finally found the type of room booked available). I am suprised that they could not solve the problem this way.

Actually the pics in that review made me ignore all the Trip advisor reviews and book the hotel. I must admit that the rooms look very new and more than ok but what would you do with a room without service. On Trip advisor one guest already alerted a theft from the in room Safe. Either you were very lucky or I was very unlucky...
