QF does not operate any arrivals lounges, even BA only has a handful, and even if it did, OW does not have an arrivals lounge access as a benefit (it is up to the policy of the individual airline -- BA at LHR allowed arrival lounge status access only to BA and QF, not the rest of OW, wonder if that has changed now with the BA/IB/AA tieup?).
BA still only allows arrivals lounge access at LHR to long-haul F/J (or OWE in W or Y) on BA or QF metal. However, pax on other OW airlines, or anyone who wants to stump up the absurd US$108 admission fee, can use the AArrivals lounge.
