I booked everything through KLM.com (Swiss site this time) and flew AF via CDG to HEL and KL via AMS back from HEL. Same happened last time back in October I believe I just don't get it. I was told by the AF people that there was nothing in the system (not even my FB number)!

I was actually told by a triple striped AF employee (2D ticketing desk) that the systems don't communicate to each other so it was impossible to even get the miles added
My tickets had been booked on airfrance.fr Perhaps that's the difference?
