SW has the worst IT support of any airline in the free world. I flew CO last week and got real-time updates on flight status, could see seat map availability, real-time status of where the airplane was in flight, and actual arrival and departure times - not the made-up fluff SW IT idiots pawn off on their customers on sw.com, or force you to go to other websites because they can't figure out how to provide the same useful data every other airline can.
