He needs to get F9 profitable quick or his BOD won't continue to fund the experiment. I don't think the sale is driving this, its pressure from the board. If they do sell the stake, it probably won't be to another airline. They will find a private investment company to invest in the airline like they have in the past. Another airline would only want the planes, not the problems.
