Pre departure

Was check in quick and efficient? N/A (check-in was done in TXL)
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? N/A
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Used the Brussels Airline Lounge, lounge was crowded, but service and drinks were plentyfull..
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient?Yes, but somewhat chaotic as some people were not respecting the priority boarding
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? N/A

Onboard - J cabin:

Were the crew professional & well groomed? Crew was ok, the Chef de cabine seemed a bit green doing that job.
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? Small delay due to some passenger not boarding the plane, but they kept us informed
Was the IFE activated on the ground? No
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes (the usual orange juice and sparkling wine)
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? N/A
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Newspaers and menus distributed on the ground, meal orders taken in the air
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) Didn't notice how long it took, but we were served about 1h into the flight and service was brisk all along.
How was the quality of all the meals? Food wasn't bad, all choices available went they arrived at my seat.
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Yes

Post departure
If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time? I went through the nexus lane in montreal and by they time I arrived downstairs the first bags including mine we're arriving on the carrousel. Although some of that rapidity might have been related to the delay (10-15mins) to deplane the flight due to some rules at YUL not to allow 2 flights to deplane exactly at the same time.

Overall experience/any other comments
Service was a bit rushed by the staff, but they were courteous nonetheless
