Programs: AGR, PC, HH no status as I stopped paying for travel

you can do the Capitol limited to Chicago then the Zephyr and then Coast Starlight.
If you can book it for money on Amtrak then you should be able to book as an AGR reward.
When I checked Chicago - Seattle the Zephyr came up as an option on Oct 20.
