Starwood account problems
Hi SPG people
I registered for a Starwood account a couple of days ago, then I also registered for the triple points bonus. I got an email about the triple points bonus but nothing about my registration
I am trying to log into my account and book something, but it is asking for my username (I don't actually remember choosing a username)
Then it says if this is your first time, activate your account. So I enter my customer number from my triple points email, then I enter my surname and SPG says sorry there is a system error. So I call the customer support number 01800 912 5588 and it is a fax machine.
First impressions not great, but does anyone have any tips for getting into my account?
