Yes. The confirmation email shows the four nights with $1,100 for the first two nights followed by $25 for the each of the second two nights.

I did not look closely/notice this until I took another look after receiving the phone call.

Frankly, I would have assumed that's how they billed this promo deal had I noticed the billing in the absence of a phone call. I've had similar promos billed that way in the past.

However, that doesn't change that they acknowledge there was a problem with their website and it "incorrectly populated my reservation" according the voice mail.

I'm not trying to game anyone. i just know that this appeared to be a reasonable promotion - not a flagrant pricing error that would raise red flags in reasonable people. Therefore, I just think they should stand by the rate - even if they took out the spa promotion.

I'm interested in feedback from others before I respond.
