creating a second spg account for you does not mean that they don't follow standard procedure....i have had a second account created for me at a property in denver....all it means is that the person checking me in was not properly trained or the system didn't pick up my spg number....
infact, i would go as far as to say that spg properties in india & asia follow standard procedures much more than properties in the rest of the world....
