Sorry to reply to an older post but wanted to be sure the correct answer is here: expanded availability for AA Executive Platinums is not viewable online and can only be obtained by calling AA. If you're searching online, you're seeing the same availability shown to all. ExpertFlyer can also be used to search for AA MileSAAver buckets with similar results.
