We are currently unable to complete your request....

I am getting so sick of this. I have booked several flights on points where on way has gone down in price/points. So I am trying to do a change. I know this works as I have done it before. I get so sick of the:

We are currently unable to complete your request due to an undefined error. If this is the first time you have seen this message, please go back and try again. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact a Southwest Airlines Customer Representative for assistance at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792).

I know I could cancel and rebook but only the return trip has gone down. That means I have to call and have them do it. PAIN! And I always hate calling because then it locks you out from being able to do anything about it online, not to mention the wait time.

Will they ever get this fixed?
