Silver can use the Sky Priority line. Next time you're there, take a look, the sign says it's for Sky Priority, and Silver Medallion or something like that. (at least it does at my home airport.....I usually use it....when the line is shorter than the regular line! I love seeing 10 people in the priority line, and 2 people in the cattle lane.....
Well, FOs can use the SP line in certain cities (generally non-hub cities). At the smaller outstations, FOs are usually added on to the SP sign. You should notice a line between the SP listing and FOs/STEs.
