Now that I have the information, the website just says "On File" for date-of-birth, and I can't figure out a way to edit it. Is there any way to do that, short of calling the call center?

Is it even important, given that the individual will have to enter all his passport info anyway before checking in? I don't want to start some sort of homeland security alert here
