I arrived at Denpasar airport August 31st on KL835 (arriving at 7:30 PM), and had arranged the expedited service from balinicetours.com for a fee of US$ 35.

Since I was able to exit the airplane first, I could have done without the service, because there was hardly anyone there. From the moment I exited the plane, until the moment I stepped into a taxi, took exactly 20 minutes, and this included getting the visa, going through immigration, and picking up luggage.

But with 400 passengers or so on board, I would imagine that if you are among the last exiting from the plane, the US$ 35 would be money well spent.
