Actually it's the other way round:
Im Flugreiseverkehr sind Gegenstände im Großreisegepäck vor Abgabe beim Check-In-Schalter des ersten Abflughafens von der Zollstelle bestätigen zu lassen. Die Ausfuhr von Gegenständen im Handgepäck wird dagegen beim letzten Abflughafen der EU zollamtlich bestätigt.
