Just ticketed C class award seats with them for mid December, they told me that I could have seats assigned after Sept 11. Might be an issue of them loading winter schedules, aircraft assignments etc around that date. I'll see next week and report back
So they were correct with the above: Called them today and could get seats assigned for 2 business class passengers, IST to SGN via BKK in December.
