The Enchantment resort in Sedona is pretty darn nice and the setting is spectacular. They also have a very nice spa. In Scottsdale, I am partial to the Four Seasons but the Sanctuary is also nice if you want something closer to town.
Perhaps The Boulders ?
Then short drive to Binkley's for meals - at least one dinner - not to be missed
