Well I tried (for the second time) to book seats for a BMI redemption booking in J on TK ex SGN and was told to ring back a week before departure, 1st call and the answer was a month before.... Not flown TK before and my enthusiasm is ebbing away already.... Is this normal? I've never seen this before with any *redemption J booking?
