Not even close, Sedona is more like luxury motel compared Amangiri .... still Sedona is a great place to visit, but for the natural beauty and not the quality of food (which is somewhat dismal), spa or service. Scottsdale has far better food and luxury accomodation, so stick to Scottsdale if that matters to you. Personally I prefer Sedona but set my expectations to match.
