Wrong. The entire problem here is that CO didn't push the ticket to the operating carrier. So, the operating carrier doesn't have payment and isn't going to transport the pax. That's why it's so impt. to call the operating carrier. CO can show whatever it wants in its system, but the operating carrier can't see it because the ticket wasn't pushed. Lousy IT and bad followup by CO, but hard to blame NH.
