BD out of IKA is quite alright (especially as an award - the taxes are about 7$
Though you should consider taking a sandwich from the lounge with you (they have rather good ones), the standard breakfast they serve in C is in my opinion not exactly much for a good 6hrs in the air.
Champagne is served as soon as you are airborne and the seatbelt sign is off.
