The main Objectives of the Association are:

To protect and further the interests of the Aircrew Profession and to safeguard and improve the interests and rights of Members of the Association.

I BELIEVE FOUR OF THE HKAOA COMMITTEE WERE AMONGST THOSE FIRED.
SO TAKING THE ADVICE OF THE CURRENT INCUMBENTS HAS AFFECTED THE LIVELYHOOD OF 52 FAMILIES SO FAR.
HIGH TIME THEY BROUGHT IN AN OUTSIDE PRO WITH A HISTORY IN HIGH LEVEL NEGOTATION AND ARBITRATION WHILE THEY STILL HAVE SOME MEMBERS WITH A JOB.
