As I was saying I am a huge aeroplan and Air Canada user and supporter but I just had to comment on the crappy attitude of this crew.
You can also check out my positive Aeroplan comments( 14 people to Italy 2008 for my dtrs wedding, an upgrade to j class in LAX because I let anAc flight attendant ccut in thevsecurity line in front of me.
I actually choose to fly AC within NA over any othr carrier and especially wihin Canada
This crew was an exception and I wanted to point it out. There was no reason for their attitude especially to the elderly Chinese woman in front of me. She couldnt communicate in English and it was kind of disheartening to watch the afro-canadian flight attendent roll her eyes in disgust whenever she had to help this lady.
Its also difficult to press this matter further withAC. There was no specific incident just an allround lousy attitude.
Finally if you are afrequent aeroplan user like I am you would be able to write a book just complaining about aeroplan and their idiosyncracies.
I have just resigned myself to the fact that Aerooplan is inefficient for the most part and trys to get their hands in my pocket any way they can.
