Experienced the same on a LH flight a month ago from NRT to FRA.
Wanted beef. The FA appologised and said they were out of stock. I expressed my dissatisfaction in a nice way and excepted fish.
Not a big deal, but I was a bit surpriced. I travelled on a full fare F-ticket and am *G (with SK).
