Speaking of the crew being unhappy facing unhappy passengers, those who are chosen to represent CX on the Wet Leased planes will get an ear full no doubt.

When you pay for CX and end up travelling on a lesser carrier I for one will be voicing out.

On the brighter side though, CX is at least willing to take this back up action when many cariers would not, and for a pretty penny too.

On the airports capability for such situations, CLK being so far from the rest of HKG, having only the one airport in the vicinity is a real disadvantage, guess we will have to wait until 2005 for alternative/close by hotels namely the Disney Hotel, now that would not be a great my kids would say.
