The bad: 0/8 at this hotel for upgrades (I always stay on weekends)...always get a view of the mall parking garage or of I-95. Very poor elite recognition, had to fight for an hour late check out once. Batting about .500 on polite staff. Overpriced parking and lots of attitude from valet and FD. Oh, and 0/8 on EEO's working without a hitch. No pool.

The good: Beautiful building and good location...that hill is a rather unpleasant to walk up though (kinda San Franciscoish). Somehow I always get credited for 3 elite nights for a Fri-Sun stay though, even though I only pay for one. They often have travelzoo $99 night rates for a two night weekend stays (which with the EEO is hard to beat).
