^ I think it just adds salt to the wound in most cases. I haven't used one of my many 5 - 15% discounts because they are off the base fare and aren't set to a minimum. The dollar value of these discounts totals about the amount I spend on BOB YYC-YYZ.
To the OP, I feel your pain. YYC has numerous flights to get moved too should things go IRROPS, whereas ROC doesn't.
